We are moving out of the city…over the bridge to North Van. As of August 1st this will be our new home:
While it needs a colour change on the outside, it is only 37 years old post and beam construction with an open concept on the main floor and a fully updated lower level totaling about 2600 SF. The backyard borders on a small swath of greenbelt and a creek runs along the side of the house. There are some more pics here.

It’s a great area.. there’s a really nice pub just a few blocks away in shoping center on Mt. Hwy and Lynn Valley… We usually park pretty close to there when we head up Fromme…You’ll have to buy the kids Mt. bikes (or unis) soon!
There is also a good butcher in that shopping center.
Lovely! We currently live in a flat of about 600sq ft, so I can only imagine how big your place will be…
