Oldies, but I don’t think they’re quite golden..

I’ve had these two links sitting around for a while.

1) A model looking for the bathroom on a bus, accidently opened the exit door and fell on to the road. The best quote ‘I will get better, and I’m told there will be no scars… I have to be beautiful for people.”‘

2) I was wearing my “Napster… Good!” shirt the other day and thought I’d dig up the flash that started it all… it can be found here.

Darth Metal

Awesomely Awesome does not begin to describe this….

So far my candidate for link of the year…

I am the very model of a modern major warship…

Got 200,000 lego bricks and a lot of spare time? Why not build a 16 foot long replica of the SS Harry S Truman

That dude should get a medal or something.

The problem with never deleting your old emails

I don't delete my old emails. You never know when you might need to refer to something. I have gigs and gigs of work emails all archived, threads about weird problems, error messages, and most importantly, why we did something that makes it seem we were on crack when we made the decision.

Today, I wandered into some personal email from the past, and even though it's my own, I felt like a voyeur peeping into someone else's life. Kind of strange. I don't know if this is a result of how I deal with my past by completely disassociating myself with my past actions. I do tend to live with no regrets, and no guilt about anything I ever do.

Worse lunch explosion ever

Note to self.

When taking (soup) to work, put it in a bag.  When taking (soup + clothes) to work, double bag it.

When taking (borscht + clothes) to work, triple bag it or maybe consider the benefits of going hungry.
Sincerely, soupy-panted 24601

Look who’s not really famous!

But she could be, here’s competitor 98,354 of 111,144 (currently) in the contest. But honestly, I think she’s got a pretty good shot…
