Uh, yeah, not what he said
Reknowned political pundit Colin Brumelle predicts a Conservative majority. Tongue in cheek (I hope), but of course that didn’t come to pass.
Small world, huh? ![]()

Yeah, I read something about this new conservative party wanting to form closer ties with the US… good luck fella’s!! Welcome to the coalition of the stupid.
We’ll see if they cozy up or not, I don’t think there is much appetite for it. They certainly seemed against using the US as the boogeyman everytime an election came up, which is what I’d like to see less of.
I think that “American-style _x_” shouldn’t be an insult by default. We maybe know what you’re referring to, but since they are our neighbour, why don’t we give them the courtesy of at least being specific about where we disagree.
Like attack ads. I found the ads trotted out in the last days of the election pretty disagreeable.
I find you to be very disagreeable.
All of you.
Hehheeh. Somebody’s drunk!!! Oh, thats me.
I agree with you SlantyOD.
And with you 24601. My bottle of vino is 1/2 full, which means I’m 1/2 way to happy-times. Mmmmm….happy-times…
Ugh…..it’s much more concerning when you’re sharing a bottle, but that bottle was actually 2, and you know darned well that you drank MUCH more than your share…. It’s all good times - up until the point where you have to get up in the morning and go to work.
Ooh, Wednesday was rough! Those happy times certainly didn’t last until the morning!
That’s because you stopped drinking.
