I am wondering if a town in the US will actually do this to get all of their residents free ‘basic’ television? Funny thing is as of last night, you don’t have to change your town’s name. Seems the new encryption DishNetwork and Bell have just finished switching over to has already been compromised. Imagine spending millions of dollars to send out these new cards and then when you finally switch over all your customers the code gets broken!
