Extra, Extra….
The Supreme Court says it is OK to masturbate. Wow, I mean, come on, charge a guy for masturbating in the privacy of his own home. Shit, talk about so 1950′s.

Shouldn’t the nosy peeping toms be charged for invasion of privacy?
I remember a few years ago when we had a guy living a few houses down the street who would stand in his living room window and masturbate whenever my sister or my next-door-neighbour’s mom would walk by. Obviously, that was a lewd act. The guy was inviting you into his place, basically.
However, this poor guy in Nanaimo’s right to privacy has totally been invaded and trampelled on.
Were the cops who charged him not paying attention to the ‘concerned’ (more likely sexually aroused–they did admit to watching him for 15 minutes…) parent’s story??? They had to get binoculars and a TELESCOPE to watch the guy masturbating!!!
Sweet Jebus!!!
It’s a good thing the poor guy finally won, otherwise we’d all end up having to shutter down all the windows in the house for fear of upsetting the neighbour peering through the slit in out drapes with a TELESCOPE!!!
out=our
I think its funny to picture the handcuffs they would use on masturbators if it were illegal.
There’s nothing funny about masturbating being illegal.
I love the last sentence “In fact, most Canadians are careful in those ways and it would appear that the poor man had just failed to take the formal precautions”. What are the Canadian precations that Australians (and apparently the rest of the world) don’t know about? Is there such a thing as safe sex with your own hand?
Hey baby, if you have to ask…
