Watery deaths or something else?
Next time you are diving make sure they Count You!
Hollywood of course made it into a movie Open Water.
By the way I just wanted to ask what anyone thought of Spiderman 2 – as I had at least one very geeky complaint to make about an otherwise excellent movie

I thought it was quite good… just wasn’t sure how he managed to “loose it” then gain it back again… well ok I understood but it was pretty thin reasoning…
Oh, and there wasn’t enough Bruce Campbell.
That was my exact complaint – Spidey cannot really lose his powers and then all of a sudden they come back and even if he lost his powers he would not lose his web-slinging abilities but anyways – but heck I read way too many of the comic books.
But that was really my only complaint. The movie flowed much better than the first where everything felt rushed… I had many doubts about Toby Maguire, but he does make a really good Peter Parker.
Very true although I cannot say that I think that many people have ever seen Peter with his mask off.
Also MJ and Peter did not get married until like issue 150 (I forget I would have to go back to my parent’s house to look).
I can hardly wait until they introduce Venom though – it should be cool.
And a crossover with the Punisher will be awesome – or Wolverine…
Hum don’t know didn’t see it,waiting for the dvd!
The first story,… how could Mr Nairn be found not guilty???
Anyone?
I think the legal interpretation was that he could not be found wholly responsible – meaning that he was at least partially culpable but that the crew also had partial responsibility to follow up.
That was what I got from reading a lot more articles on it.
And the Open-Water movie???….what’s with that? Why would anyone watch that? Knowing Hollywood, they’ll try to put a happy spin on it….
…and the Tiger Shark ends up being “Bruce” from “Finding Nemo”.
…”Fish are friends, not food.”
Yeah,…. Hollywood blah,… there all about money,…but i think they go to far some times!
Oh yeah and Primal Scream (looks like a preview to Open Water almost) is on Sunday evening at 8pm on Discovery Channel with real footage from a lady left behind and in shark infested water.
