Hi Folks,
I went to the beach last week to throw the disc around and I definitely need
some practice! So this Sunday, I suggest we lace up our cleats and meet at
the west side of the field of Douglas Park (between Laurel and Heather
streets, bounded by West 20th to West 22nd Avenues) at 11 a.m for an hour
and a bit to become reacquainted with all the muscles we didn’t use over the
winter.
If you owe money to John, you can bring it to practice. I can also pass on
any new rules and other things I might learn at the Captain’s meeting
tonight. In other administrative matters, Chris, Mel and Tate, can you
please forward this on to your friends who have elected to play with us, and
also pass their e-mails on to me? For those who may be new to the sport of
ultimate, there is a skills clinic at Winona (not too far from where we are)
this Sunday at 1 p.m. if you are interested.
